All original materials on Cricadda—text, graphics, videos, logos, match reports, betting guides, and the design of the Cricadda app—are owned by Cricadda or used with permission. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

2. User-Generated Material

When you submit comments, tips, or forum posts related to Cricadda bet strategies or Cricadda app experiences, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on any Cricadda channel.

You must own or have permission for everything you post.
Do not submit content that infringes on third-party rights.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

Your contact details and consent to local jurisdiction.
Your signature.

We will restore content within 14 business days unless the original complainant files a lawsuit.

5. Repeat Infringers

Cricadda reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing content.

6. Fair Use

Cricadda respects fair use principles for commentary, criticism, news reporting, education, and research. If you believe your use qualifies as fair use, include that rationale in your counter-notice.
